Idk when I'm doing that right or not since I've been so used to suppressing my emotions or expressing myself but when i do try to be vulnerable and or lean into my emotions I'll second guess

i also struggle trusting my intuition and second guessing myself and expressing my emotions explicitly, but ive noticed when i do trust my gut my life is a lot easier 😭 as long as im genuine and follow what im feeling people always show their true colors
