They have gotten si bad with their service systems. The one here is absolute trash

I've never been to the one that's near me and we got coupons in the mail so I was like hey 2 foot longs for $14 not bad only to get there and the owner is like we don't accept coupons here

So I looked online at the reviews of this location and they're not good

The one by me is like a 2.1 stars and they often run out of things. Plus they are always complaining to customers about being short staffed and having bad behavior

This one is 3.1 stars I think but the owner is rude

Probably hates their job and doesn't care about how it's done

I guess this last week a review was posted about how the owner was rude and tried to charge this person a second time for remaking their sandwich bc they burned it the first time like wouldn't you offer to just remake it?
