That seems logical to me. If I think that I like life, then I will probably like life
I can't with my OCD. When a thought gets into my mind I just can't let go of it, doesn't wanna go at all. And worse, anxiety that comes from it is insane. I'm so obsessed with stuff I'm doingthink to the point it impairs my cognition 😭
Are you seeking professional medical help for this? ☮️👀☮️ if not, you should. And as for every time you OCD arises and your anxiety goes up, try practicing some grounding techniques. You can do this for as long as your breathing is calm and regulated. Try not to overwhelm yourself and focus one thing at a time if you can 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 hope this helps 💕all will be ok
