🤣 she actually called DHL and screamed at them cause she couldn’t print out her airway bills
Yeah! They asked her to ask her IT person to call them so that they can troubleshoot together.
Then she called me.. she got really worked up when explaining to me especially when I went over to her desk
I said… it’s not DHL’s problem. It’s your printer settings. cause you are not allowed to use color. That’s why you cannot print. You change it to black and white sure can print

As I walked away I said, next time check before you get so worked up for nothing
