Half the time I forget to shut the one I have off so it just ends up going off and startling the crap out of me
I donāt like, slowly drift off to sleep or slowly wake up. I go from wide awake to ded asleep and vice versa. So I sleep harrrrd and Iām eternally exhausted
If I do oversleep, my body usually tells me to wake up 5 mins before I need to leave. So it knows, it just doesnāt care I guess š«¤ lmao

My mom is like that. Always waking up at 3-4 am and canāt go back to sleep. Iām like damn if I can do one thing, itās sleep at 3am when I know my alarm goin off in 4 hours lol
