But it bc I worked graveyard shift for almost 10 years… n now I start at 3am and can’t fall asleep till 11pm so I wake up mad

Bc of my horrible sleep I tend to nap from 1pm to 4

I worked overnights for 9 years bc i couldn't sleep at night

Now I'm manager have to be up at 4 and am always up late

You got used to the other hours. That will interfere with sleep schedules for sure

Fun plans only if work is considered fun🤔😂

You prolly just need something to help you get sleepy

My friend told me about some vanilla tea that’s supposed to help. I’m going to try that

I think she said it’s called sleepytime tea

I feel like there are a few sleep teas. There's also melatonin and a sleepy gummy in the brand olly's
