I mean yes that council is correct but I don’t agree with every council there has been if that’s what you wish to know

I am indeed not Catholic and think these councils are open to fallibility

If the councils are open to fallibility then do you also hold to the position that the canon of the bible is fallible?

I’m still deciding on the cannon I agree with but when it comes to the new testement all agree on those books

Not necessarily true that all agree on the New Testament, even Martin Luther himself has issue with James and Revelation and said they shouldn’t be a part of the bible

If you hold to fallible councils how would you address that?
