No offense intended: but I feel like we are losing people quicker these days. I feel like a day has not gone by that I have not read about the passing of someone in the media....wondering what we are really headed into.
I told my manager I miss dispatching caregivers to one of the hospitals we used to assist because they just ask us for staff and have no connection with their clients compared to those in the home locations
