so I couldn't sleep until 8 am

fall sleep 8 am woke up 9:30

who came for a visit to dubai

i would imagine they would be a pain the rear to wear but sleep apnea can be life threatening

how difficult it was for him to breath

he have this from years

he has COPD

dunno copd

but I told him he have to get the mask

Today its my birthday

it's difficult for others to sleep

>>> yeah cause he snore like🐖 every 20 second he snore it's like sudden snore

but he can't help it

It helps the tongue from falling into the throat

He needs to lose weight too

wait wait until 8 am

fall sleep for an hour

now my eyes hurting

we are our greatest healers

I was so sleepy I couldn't drive home

and now I am home I can't sleep 🙄
