That’s me when I go in public in general. It’s very like… idk the word I’m looking for. But like even though realistically I know no one is paying that much attention to me, I also feel like they are all looking and judging me
Most people don't even notice me, but I'm always afraid when someone does notice me it's with a judgement
It’s most frustrating because I recognize it’s unreasonable but at the same time I’m also like welllll is it?

It's definitely a strange thing, not easy to deal with on a daily basis and definitely gives me stress and anxiety
It's not unreasonable, but they do it very quickly and move on just as fast. I like to stare, and they finally go wth, I "mrow", they either fail or pass the vibe check and I wander off or compliment something 😂
I rather walk around with my headphones on, being in my own world and not interact with much people
I hate grocery shopping, the most stressful thing ever
I haven’t been to a grocery store in idk how long…
I will either do curbside or go to a smaller store and pay more
When I have my headphones on I can calm the nerves but they are always present
I put it all in a cart online and pick it up, never speaking to anyone lol
I can do small stores like Walgreens or dollar store or gas station fine. But even then, if there’s too many cars, I will literally wait until a few people leave before going in 😭😂
I know that feeling all too well, I hate it when there's too many people in the store, I go for walks at night because it gives me the peace of mind when I'm alone in the streets wandering around town
