Not for sure it is anger. It’s about the endorphins released while working out. It also has to do with accomplishments. If you start your day off with successful events and challenge yourself your day will inherently be better
I agree with that, it’s not so much anger as I manage frustrations better when I’ve started day off on right foot
Some evenings I workout too, Mondays I travel I don’t make it to gym early so I do it in evening after work
Exactly. To live a balanced life in my opinion you need 3 things. Physical, mental, and spiritual. When they are balanced you will be. When 1 or 2 are missing you will be chaotic. Just my pov

Each feee the other. Spiritual does not have to be religious. It’s about being in touch with who you are. Knowing yourself and things like confidence and so forth.

Challenging yourself is one of the best things for a human. I mean you are literally going back the beginning of humans. We are creatures that move not sedimentary
The biggest challenge for many of us is overcoming the mental road blocks that prevent us from trying
We want to point fingers at others when the biggest challenge is ourselves and accountability
I think the biggest thing is really looking deep inside

Finally got my first physical therapy scheduled hopefully by then I’ll be in better shape as it’s still a few weeks
