We weren't talking about food. 💀 I was talking about staying awake till 8 am and playing games. But when it comes to food, balance and moderation is the key. The aim should be to enjoy food whilst keeping in mind that you can have everything you want but in moderation. That is more healthy than eliminating food or eating willy nilly. So if you want to eat that ice cream, go eat that ice cream. 🫵
I saw this one dude on some reels. The man ate boiled chicken and rice, zero seasoning, stating that food should be eaten for function and not for taste. 😭 Everyone was praising him but in reality, that behaviour only screams eating disorders. 😭 These people are giving others eating disorders. 😭
A meal takes hours to prepare, and it takes 2 to 7 minutes to be eaten. The purpose of food is to bring balance to your body, adding flavour to your food , like seasoning etc is a bonus.

Boiled chicken has flavour. It has a meaty flavour. 😾 It actually isn't bad. Many people eat it. But promoting that 'you shouldn't enjoy food' and only eat it for function is stupid.
Boiling is a process. You can add seasonings to boiled food too. 💀Boil chicken with bay leaf, pepper corns and clove. Tastes delish. 🤌 Thrown in rice a little later too and boil them together. Even better. So seasoned food isn't always bad. It's about how you cook it. 💀 Boiledsteam food can have seasonings too.

Don't add too much. You can add other spices too. Like star anise. Cinnamon stick. If you have them. Otherwise, those are enough. It is very healthy. It's also one of my comfort foods. I cook it until it becomes soft and mushy. 😭 It's like congee.
Salt and black pepper are boring but it's important. Especially, salt. Salt enhances the flavour so much. 🤌
