Like sorry man I know housing in Utah sucks but it’s not my fault you just bought a house you can’t afford without roommates 😂

I will give him that. Originally was going to move in, we a few days ago settled on me crashing there for a week or two max and paying him weekly

So yes that is on me. He’s truly upset though because he made an irresponsible decision and got into a mortgage he clearly can’t afford

He’s in survival mode and angryscared so he lashed out at me instead of being happy for me lol

So the situation is we are moving out of this town home and I was planning on crashing at the new house he just bought for a week or two max

So clearly he is angry that he wont be getting two weeks of rent out of me+ can’t afford the home he irresponsibly just bought

Human nature. Greed.

I understand the human mind better than I thought….

It’s reactionary. He’s scared of this massive new purchase you know? And he’s taking out that fear on me in the form of anger.

I just sent him a very long apology to clear the air.
