It takes a while for me to get hungry after I wake up because I grew up without ever having breakfast much LOL so I'm not used to eating early
When I tried to start eating breakfast when after I got older, my stomach would start really hurting afterwards. I grew an intolerance to eggs because I just never had them
I don't eat till I'm having a blood sugar crash cuz I simply don't think about it.
Last year I went through a deep depression where I went two to three days without eating I had to make it a habit to eat because I literally had zero appetite for anything
Ya I'm dealing with that now. Lol
Yeah my sleep and eating were so bad, I would get home at 7:00 a.m. go to bed and be fully awake at 11:00 a.m. and that was a good day
It sucks cuz I was doing really good before I got kicked out. And now I've backslid into all the shyte I fixed.
