Outside of monitary reasons.... What do you like about older dads? Like, what is the appeal outside of financial things?
I expect it will be core things like the freedom to travel (in their nice car you got them) or waking up and having lazy days in bed (in the house you already own)
I get the appeal of that.... I have lazy days in my house al the time haha! Cannot hate on that
How big is the house?
Out of all the things I could spend money on.... a big house, overpriced vehicles was never really my thing. I'm a single guy, smaller house 2 bed 2 bath, office and garage

No real reason to be flashy tbh...build wealth and live inexpensively along the way
