You can get it changed if the founder has left the app
But you did not create found the group
A founder cannot be changed irl
That would be a feature request for Anti. Let's suppose the founder leaves the group , what will Anti do? Close it? Then B just starts a new group with the same name and becomes the new founder. So essentially, it's just a step up in a similar fashion saving time and effort.
