Yes they are ghost jobs. Posted for engagement and investors. Then they get reposted a month later and no one actually gets hired

im talking about companies posting fake jobs not agency recruiters, obviously the jobs you post are live jobs. just referring to the ones I am looking at

I’ve genuinely been non stop, creating decks and personalised emails and really crafting a bespoke experience to get the HM or recruiters attention to no avail

Yes, everyone that has seen my stuff has said it’s the most creative and incredible application they have ever received, and anyone that does reply says ‘I love it’. This is directly from the recruiters and Chief people officers that I have reached out to. Then some tell me the role isn’t actually live . so im left with the only conclusion that is they’re all lying about there being a job but now I don’t know what to do
