In a sense, I've always existed. As far as this specific lifetime, I'd say probably the moment I embarked back into the physical world

As in, based on that quote, life before 40 was prepping for things after 40. Now you have freedom like you never had before, experiences you never had before, knowledge and realisations that will help u make good decisions mostly etc
