Hello. I confess that i am better than most of you. I’m a Monk, i live in the outskirts of Nebraska and i meditate every day at 5am and finish my session with organic fruits and green juices
I also only eat one meal daily and fast regularly
I find that one meal daily is optimal for my body
I said i meditate, not sun gaze
Well i have a surge in energy when I’m in a fasted state, and when i eatone meal a day. I make sure my meal is extremely nutritious
Think about how many times we ate back in the day, and the things we had to do
We don’t need to eat more, while doing less. We used to hunt
This is more than enough for me. I am more interested in learning aboutwho I truly am. Before this journey, i didn’t even know myself
I think you guys would love being a monk. It is peaceful
But it is not for everyone
