I also had sword fish one time and it was very good plus the place said it was it so I'm like why not let me give it a try, it was amazing with how they cooked it ,was tender and very flakey with the breadding on it

Rarest I eat it was medium rare and that was only if it was some type of steak, burgers I only ever decided to just eat them well done but not burnt
Roasts about medium rare to medium , especially if it was prime rib
So with me it varies on what part it actually is I guess
