If i have a normal conversation with someone, im fine. i have no issue talking fluidly l. But when i have to express a deep thought, it comes out strange

I’m 5050 tbh if it’s like a call with someone I know I can be somewhat coherent but I use the word thingy way too much or sing the crazy frog tune a lot cuz it’s a vocal stim of mine
