I just got a water bill they were charging me 54.99 month just got a trash water and sewer for 54.99 lol
Well tbh the rent is like 172$ less a month
Will be only 23$ once I refinance
So I mean also I have a washer and dryer too so it didn't use that much water I'm confused that the unit didn't have a washer and dryer the fee should probably have been like 34$
They probably chargedmore being a. Apartment and now I have a two bedroom with a basement and a bath also has a separate dinning room so essentially a four bedroom if you count the basement .
House values also went up 40% in two months it's insane . 😏 Glad I bought when I did frfr
I only paid 105k it needs a little TLC but nothing really major . Considering I didn't say anything to get into it it's a win win .
I have fiber here too up to 6gb by 6gb

How did you get that giant home was it a foreclosure ? I mean I only would have paid 99k about but obviously I had to take a 5k loan on top not to pay any down or the closing . But I will address that when I refinance to lower the cost a bit . I don't have a garage though but I am gonna get a car port installed out back so I can park my car there but I don't know if I want it to be permanent or not . But that's my plan.

I do need to redo the floors and some other things but nothing really major considering the median value of homes that are similar are 215k+ for this location
I mean tbh it would probably be less than 20k to remodel this home with a huge return but I wanna keep this home for myself . Obviously and I want to get a central ac Installed not sure who to call on that .
