I keep getting the red indicator but no white indicator or voice

Tier 1 spirit box sucks. Turn the lights out first

And move around, it has crap range

This is so annoying

Lights are off just keep getting the red light…

Spirit box won’t work if lights are on. Try to move around the room or notice if it’s touching anything
