I got quite lucky that I worked on a short term visa, made some friends and we drove all over
Oh nice. I worked a lot in Cali, but really only knew people in the bay area. Some day if I donโt die first, Iโd like to bikepack through the US, see more of the interior
It's worth it, maybe since I was a foreigner I got treated differently but I got so many invites from people I met that I barely paid for a night in a motel
Nice. I have a number of destinations including Scotland where I want to travel by bike and camp. Across the pond will suck though because I wonโt be able to bring my own equipment (bike is too powerful for UK limis), so that trip may be hiking, but maybe I can rent or buy a bike there
