I had shifts that went from 12am to 8am. I would be eaking up around 10 pm and not sleep till like noon
Yeah, I start work at 8a normally so I’m usually waking up between 530 and 6

I have to force myself to sleep in a little bit on the weekends cause the body clock wants to still wake up super early
