I woke up to a message that my phone had been updated, then activation failed...and it was stuck. I looked up how to fix it, and support said to restart my phone.....and it has been like this ever since.
Basically, my phone "noped" out
damn I hate when updates break stuff

Luckily, I have insurance, and ALWAYS keep insurance on my phones for this reason. Just in case, something happens
I do have an option to upgrade, but I don't have the money for an upgrade right now. Not to mention, I insist on keeping a case & screen protector on all of my devices...and that is an added cost I can't afford
