I was wondering what was taking me so long and then I remembered I took a muscle relaxer before I sat down
I'm not really sure I just started knitting two days ago
So I'm just seeing where it takes me at this point
That's really cool, homemade stuff keeps you thr warmest
I just have ADHD I like to keep my hands busy
I don’t know much about knitting but I assumed that you need to know what you want to knit before starting
Plus I needed a new hobby to keep my brain sharper.
I get that, it's why I started working on cars
I used to do logic puzzles a lot and I took a medication for my BPD and it like made my focus worse like permanently
And I only took it for 2 days
You spoke to your doctor about it
So I haven't been on meds for a while but I have a lady that is going to go with me too my next psych appointment to help be my voice so I can get the stuff I actually need without getting put on sht I don't.
Because having BPD and ADHD they want me to be on all these other medications before they'll even let me medicate the ADHD
When in reality if my ADHD were treated I would have significantly less problems
