We live in the township. Our neighbor does it the Sunday before Halloween every year. The city does it on Halloween, so we’re going to my sons friends for that
We always do drinks for the parents
I wrap up the beer can in orange construction paper and draw a jack o lantern so the cops don’t get angry
Have to keep it festive somehow
We used to put a cooler in a wagon to take the kids trick or treating.
Oh our police don’t really care.
This is why I can’t wait to move out to the country
