Haven’t done grilled cheese yet, and mass production of animals is yucky and recalls are blah. The feeding, watering, packing, shipping is hard on the planet. If we all ate less meat or trying to buy local it would help a lot.
Support local farms. Eat the cows that graze and don’t travel far to get to your plate.
