I was there, Mim. And I can resonate to a certain degree. No change will happen if we always think all things are uncontrollable.

Wallahi ur not there lol and its okay ppl go thru different trauma to be best version of themselves i never think things aren’t controllable per say i just let them be sometimes, i solve my problems by letting them devour, i just leave it on Allah and i think thats just peaceful im okay w where i am today i am somehow glad to see what i saw to help develop my gaurd
