I've been talking to this guy for 4 months now. He owns a restaurant nearby. We've really gotten to know each other well. I like him & wanted to see if it's going to go anywhere. Today he said he wants a relationship but doesn't know how to make it work because he is so busy. With spring and summer coming up he said I probably won't see him much at all & understood if I wanted to end things.

So im just a bit confused.

If he wanted to make time for me he would.

He said it isn't fair to me because he isn't able to give me the time I deserve.
