Yes, they eat two big meals a day, many studied have shown that they get fatter along with other health issues that arise

Ain't they fasting? How come they allowed to eat at day?

Because they eat a big meal before sunrise and another big one after sunset

So they're allowed to eat at night?

After sunset, yes
