So 18.7 would be on the border to mild thinness, but still normal weight.
According to that scale at least. But I'd say people should look in the mirror and see if and where improvement is required and not focus too much on such numbers.
I am a bit older than you at 36 and according to the new figures that means my BMI could be higher than yours. If you have a lot of muscles also the BMI will go up, if you have less muscles it will be lower... all not so easy.
Guess it is like with every scale that is valid for all people equally... People are individuals and should be looked at and treated as such. That's why we have different tastes. Can't have huge tiddies and be super skinny at the same time for a longer period without any surgical help in the end as a girl and can't eat and drink like an animal with no sports and look like Schwarzenegger as a guy... life is tough ๐คฃ

Fat in the right spots sounds funny. But yeah, tiddies are full of fat cells and if you loose too much weight, especially at a later age tiddies will suffer.
I am tall and old compared to you and seem to have muscles a bit too heavy for myself, be it the actual muscles in my legs orthe relax muscle in the core... My BMI says I am slightly overweight. Without even checking my bodyfat ๐ค
