It's something I made with spilt flour. Sort of like a pretzel roll

First time using that kind of flour, so it was an experiment. I also added some wheat gluten

Inside looks really nice 👌

Yeah they came out well.

I put some ground flax in them too

I might experiment again next time with mixing them with some bread flour to see if I can make them a little lighter
