If your wife is wearing clothes to the point of people commenting on the shortness, it’s probably not appropriate
Dressing appropriately is important especially as adults so that we’re not making anyone feel uncomfortable by our attire. To me that’s a part of carrying yourself with class and grace.

well it really depend who comment tho, some men feel flirted just seeing a woman with a regular skirt or decent cleavage ….. but i agree as people should avoid being tempted, they should avoid trying to tempt as well
People will lust with their eyes and thoughts regardless of what you wear. People anthropomorphize and sexualize objects, they don't even need flesh

Yea rare but some woman even wear conservative clothes covering all their body but some men will still staring them and will think the woman is attractive bc attraction not just come from their looking but can come from just their existing or their behaviour or smile or voice etc but i think the woman’s husband should protective about their woman and not let other men close to their wives and wife should only obey to their hubby and loyal to their husband only
There’s a difference between just existing and being attractive, and multiple close friends coming up to talk to you about your wife’s lack of clothing.
I think for hubby, wife should wear clothes more conservatively specially when she meets hubby’s friends
But some woman can’t help just being attractive bc sometimes the woman doesn’t do anything and covered her body with proper conservative clothes but just existing standing there but some men will still think the woman are still attractive.
You could be fully covered and still tempt others. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Responsibility for temptation lies with the one who is tempted. If she wants to wear skirts and dresses when she has a night out or as her professional attire it's none of our business
