Mutations are random, and don’t affect the entire population. They also would take forever to really have much affects. Not just a few generations. Nutrition wouldn’t really cause mutations either, and again would need a lot longer to really take affect

Its not really constant. Evolution is a very long process of random mutations that get passed to offspring. This would not be the reason behind the rapidly rising cases of autism across an entire species. And excess of nutritents dont have that affect. Our body uses what it needs and expels the rest
