She’s lived by the upper management because she is such a “hard ass” and scares people into doing their work. It shows me they don’t care about a hostile work environment

Have you tried talking with her? I had almost the same scenario last year with the new administrator that was hired. She came in being a complete biatch to my entire dept. It finally came to a head and we had a sit down last May. We were able to put everything on the table. & the relationship has been 1000% better…

She knows her sht and is super intelligent but her people skills SUCK
Oh yeah, it’s the same here. She can do no wrong in corporate’s eyes, but I just couldn’t deal with the BS anymore and made a point to say what needed to be said. Especially since I’ve been here 10+ years. I’m the OG so you need to take a seat and listen.
