Tbh I struggle with some mental health concerns
I understand how you feel. I have been there many times myself, I am still there in that. But the pain becomes more bearable when we cling to Him and fix our eyes on Him alone. I honestly don’t know any other way to endure the suffering. Feel better.

What caused u to have psdt?
I was like that after my mum died
Sometimes if i dream about mum while im sleeping i wake up while im crying but im okay it doesn’t happen that often

Heavenly Father,
Thank You for this beautiful day and for every blessing You have given me. I am grateful for Your love, guidance, and protection. Thank You for the moments of joy, the lessons learned, and the strength to face challenges. As I rest tonight, I place my trust in You, knowing that Your grace is always enough.
