Had a massive day 12 hr shift and no food. Dinner was amazing
Yeah I do 12 hr shifts regularly. But do eat on breaks.
I have finally built back up to one meal a day
It’s been tough but it’s good
I did it for years makes you feel great
I do 16 hour shifts sometimes
Normally 8-10 hours though
Yeah I’ve done a few 16’s. There rough.
