For the longest I’ve been really wanting to do straight up authentic Mexican food. Not too long ago I took a trip all around Mexico volunteering at local restaurants and checking out local ingredients at the markets. But aside from that I also started doing a healthy catering business for local clinics

I was out there for a little over a month. I started south in Oaxaca and hit a few states down there then moved up around central Mexico and finished in northern Mexico. And yeah I was up in the bay until about a week ago. I just moved down to the Central Valley. Looking for a calmer rhythm to life
