Everyone knows that as a man, you have to be in the gym for 5 hours a day every day or you'll die alone
along with working 3 jobs and 2 side hustles
I don't think gym bros are bad people, but I don't like the "culture" they perpetuate
They think they're losers if they don't have the "perfect" physique
I'm not a bodybuilder, but I can kinda understand it
It's societal pressure that pushes them to be as jacked as possible
because it's considered unimportant at best, and a joke at worst
It's a problem mostly men face, and men aren't allowed to talk about their emotions or mental issues
