As believers, our words are not our own, they are instruments meant to reflect Christ. Every idle talk, every careless exchange that stirs division, pride, or bitterness grieves the Holy Spirit within us. Ephesians 4:29 reminds us: “Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up… that it may benefit those who listen.”

They need to be humble first and willing to listen.

We have had many conversations here where people come in and make statements like, ‘Jesus was just a prophet,’ without being willing to listen to anything else. It’s just not worth engaging…
