You can also use Orajel mouthwash. If you get the red bottle, it tastes like mint, and kills mouth pain for 24 hours.

Supposedly stress brings them on Cow

Orajel mouthwash comes in a white bottle with a red label or blue label. The red label isn't bad....the blue label tastes like the gel.

You might ask your pharmacist. There’s something specific for those that you dab on and it seals it while it heals. @Cow
