I was messaged by someone I met a couple of years ago and he showed interest in meeting up. (Like sexual interest)

I have been very busy and didn’t confirm anything. I asked if he was in a relationship, he said no.

Today he changed his profile picture and he is with a woman

Any ideas on what is happening here?
