My best bosses have always been women, and my worst bosses have always been men.
I feel like women can just like exist in the world and be normal and do work but guys gotta mess it up all the time
Female bosses just want to do a good job, and know how to take breaks in a way that is responsible and eases mental health. Male bosses just want to pray grab-ass and talk about who’s D is biggest or laid the most women.
That sucks. I’ve seen some female bosses seemingly pick on pretty girls, so maybe you’re just pretty?
