It’s the only thing I religiously follow. Because I like the whole reason behind it. On top of that since I was brought up that way it feels odd now not to do it. 😭
They are fine. Fasting is good for body. There are so many people out there who have no choice but go through it every single day so being able to feel it makes you just more grateful.
I'm not religious at all but I can still respect others who are.
