Like. I can only eat bananas when they are super ripe and soft. I’ve had heart issues in my adult years, and through like treatment and stuff.. I discovered that bananas have a crazy amount of potassium so I eat those when I can feel the butterfly sensation in my chest and it usually goes away
Potatoes have more tho. And funnily enough, sweet tart candy like the old powdery kind.. has a crap ton of potassium
