I have bad allergies and sinus issues, so it actually helps me breath more haha

I add lavender and a twig of eucalyptus it’s so great 🙌🙌🙌🙌
Saunas are nice after you get done working out. Relaxes ur muscles. And it helps you control ur breath 😂
