I usually can't stand the texture of protein bars. But these were pretty moist.. Not dry and gritty like some types. They were kind of chewy l o l. I had to drink something to wash them down while eating them, but not too bad for a light meal replacement bar.

Yeah, these definitely taste more processed than the lara bars and they have more ingredients, but they also have a decent amount of protein and not too much sugar. They are made with pea protein I think and almonds. And they are relatively low in sugar

They have a chocolate peanut butter one, but I didn't try that one

They are cleaner than most other bars of that type when it comes to ingredients

Yeah, exactly.It's good for a quick protein fix

I didn't sleep at all last night, so i've been pretty tired. It's not hurting. I haven't checked it yet.I think I'll remove the bandage in the morning. I read to let it be for the first couple of days. Then I'll have to start cleaning it and changing the bandage

I got a bunch of stuff today, so I have the supplies, I need now for it. I just don't want it to get infected. I was supposed to get the shingles vaccine tomorrow, but I canceled that because I want to make sure this heals up first. Didn't want to be dealing with all these things at once
