Pork mince, prawns, carrots, dried shiitake mushrooms, red shallots and pepper
You could do them in soup or deep fried too
You can do tofu instead of pork and prawns if you’re vegetarian
Chose a medium firm or hard tofu because you would have to mix them
I’ve never had egg rolls baked
I usually just deep fry them, and pan fry to heat it up
I’ll definitely try them one day
